A FEW EXTRA DETAILS:
- E-books are finalized as PDF documents to be used for digital downloads.
- No printing services are offered through the website, however if you’d like printed copies for upcoming classes/shoot us an email with the amount of prints you’d like to receive a quote!
- The editors fee is for grammatical correction and assistance in creative writing. Documents must be sent in a word document using 12pt. Times New Roman font and 1.0 spacing for metrics. The fee includes having your literature read over, grammatically corrected and reconstructed for the best understanding.
Let’s talk about refunds:
• After 1st draft are sent to editor/designer, there are no refunds.
• Refunds will be given in the result of no inventory for certain prints are available.
• Projects will be CANCELLED if posted on social media prior to finalization.

ALL PROJECT TURN AROUND TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS. Although design concepts and revisions might be received on these days, Decaf Digital does not work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays.
